5-Axis CNC Machining Services
CNC milling is a subtractive manufacturing process where a computer-controlled machine precisely removes material from a workpiece to create a desired shape. The process involves a rotating cutting tool that moves along multiple axes, controlled by a computer program, to carve out intricate designs from various materials. Five-axis milling adds two rotational axes compared to traditional milling, referred to as the rotary axes. This capability enables the production of highly complex parts and geometries that would be challenging or impossible to achieve with traditional 3-axis machining.

Parts manufactured on a 5-axis CNC Mill generally achieve a dimensional tolerance of +/- 0.005”
Tighter tolerances of up to +/- 0.001 can be achieved but may affect the pricing of your parts.
